Hi! I’m excited for you to check out your first class! Great question. I think that you will be just fine eating at 8 for an 11am class. If you find yourself hungry beforehand, eating something light (like a banana or 1/2 a lara bar, for example) about 30 minutes prior to the class could save you from feeling light-headed.
